Casseroles are baking dishes with lids. I make two styles: the classic round style and the more formal faceted kind. Either way, they're meant to be used. Fill them up, pop them into the oven, and take them to the table (don't forget your oven mitts!). No matter what you serve in them, my casseroles will make a great presentation at your next dinner party.

Clean-up is easy, too. Just stick the casserole into your dishwasher.

Got leftovers? You can put your casserole directly into the fridge, once it's cooled down to room temperature. And later, put it right into your microwave to reheat those goodies.

Both styles of casseroles are available in any of my glazes. Of course they're all free of lead or any other dangerous chemicals, so it's safe to cook whatever you want.
